1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the "Hibah Setia Hati 100k" Campaign (the “Campaign”) organised by KAF Digital Bank Berhad. By participating in this Campaign, the participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Campaign Period

The campaign runs from 1 February 2026 until 15 February 2026, both dates inclusive. Eligibility for the random draw is determined based on the participant’s account status at the close of day on 14 February 2026.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Open to Malaysian citizens aged eighteen (18) and above.

3.2 Must have a valid and active POD account throughout the Campaign Period.

3.3 Must hold an active Basic Plus or Premium account with KAF Digital Bank Berhad.

3.4 KAF Group employees and partners are included in this specific milestone celebration.

3.5 Accounts that are suspended, frozen, or under investigation are disqualified.

4. Prizes & Selection

4.1 A total of ten (10) winners will be selected via a computerised randomiser.

4.2 Each winner receives 10,000 POD Points.

4.3 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.4 POD Points currently have no expiry date.

5. Notification & Claiming

5.1 Winners will be notified via in-app notification and registered email.

5.2 Winners must claim/acknowledge the prize within 14 days of notification, or it will be forfeited.

5.3 All decisions by KAF Digital Bank are final and binding.

6. How to Participate

6.1 Account Status: Ensure you hold an Active Basic Plus or Premium account with KAF Digital Bank by the eligibility cut-off time of 23:59:59 on 14 February 2026.

6.2 Automatic Entry: Eligible customers who meet the account criteria as of the cut-off date will be automatically entered into the computerised random draw; no manual registration is required.

6.3 POD App Requirement: To receive and access the reward of 10,000 POD Points, winners must download the POD app and have a valid account registered with POD.

6.4 Maintain Eligibility: Participants must ensure their accounts are not suspended, frozen, or under investigation at the time of the draw to remain eligible for selection.

7. Reward Crediting

7.1 Notification of Winners: Selected winners will be notified within twenty-four (24) hours of the computerised draw via an in-app banner and their registered email. KAF Digital Bank Berhad shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in notification resulting from inaccurate or outdated contact details, technical issues or circumstances beyond its control.

7.2 Prize Acknowledgement: Winners must acknowledge or claim their reward within fourteen (14) days of the notification date. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited.

7.3 Crediting Process: Upon successful acknowledgement, the 10,000 POD Points (notional value of RM100.00) will be credited directly to the winner’s POD account.

7.4 Reward Visibility: Once credited, the points will be visible within the POD app and can be used for various rewards available in the POD ecosystem.

7.5 Expiry: The rewarded POD Points currently have no expiry date, allowing winners to redeem them at their convenience.

8. General Terms

8.1 Personal Data: By participating in the Campaign, customers consent to the Organisers collecting, using, and processing their personal data for the purposes of the Campaign administration, reward fulfilment, and contact, in accordance with the Organisers' privacy policies and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Personal data may also be disclosed to POD and its service providers strictly for the purposes of reward fulfilment and administration of the Campaign. By participating, winners consent to KAF Digital Bank Berhad publishing their names for marketing purposes. 

8.2 Non-Transferable: The POD Points are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for any other item, except at the sole discretion of the Organiser.

8.3 Final Decision: KAF Digital Bank Berhad reserves the right to amend, vary, or withdraw any of the terms and conditions of this Campaign, or to suspend the Campaign, where necessary due to any regulatory requirements, operational considerations or circumstances beyond its control. Any such changes will be communicated through its official channels. 

8.4 POD Platform: the POD application is operated and maintained separately from KAF Digital Bank Berhad. KAF Digital Bank Berhad shall not be responsible for any technical issues, system errors, interruptions or redemption limitations arising from the use of the POD application.

8.4 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the Campaign shall first be referred to KAF Digital Bank Berhad which is available at [link]. Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, KAF Digital Bank Berhad reserves the right to make a final determination, subject always to the customer’s right to seek redress through applicable dispute resolution channels or the courts of Malaysia.
