Opening a KAF Digital Bank account is a straightforward process that can be completed entirely on your mobile device.

What you’ll need:

• You must have a MyKad.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must have an existing Malaysian bank account.
• You must have a mobile number registered in Malaysia.

Steps to Open Your Account:

1. Download the KAF Digital Bank App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Scan your MyKad and complete the selfie video.
3. Enter your personal details and verify your mobile via OTP.
4. Agree to the terms, enable biometrics, and set a 6-digit PIN for a fast & secure login
5. Activate your account by transferring a minimum of RM1.00 from your existing Malaysian bank account. The name on the sending account must match your name on the KAF Digital Bank account.
