1. Launching and Logging In: 

Open the KAF Digital Bank app and log in securely.

2. Navigating to “Transfer” Menu: 

Click on the “Transfer” menu located on the Home Screen (Account Dashboard).

3. Selecting “Favourite” Tab: 

In the category selection screen, choose the “Favourite” tab, revealing your personalised list of preferred transactions.

4. Choosing Your Favourite: 

Select the recipient from your “Favourite” list.

5. Specifying Transfer Details:

Choose the account from the “Transfer From” dropdown menu, enter the amount, and click Continue.

6. Setting Transfer Frequency and Details:

Determine the transfer frequency, select the date, and write a reference.

7. Confirming Transaction: 

Review all details on the Confirmation Screen and click Continue.

8. Final Confirmation: 

Recheck all information and click “Transfer Now”. Receive instant acknowledgment on the transaction's success or failure.

9. Post-Transaction Options: 

After completion, choose to “Make Another Transfer” or “Share the Receipt” with a simple click.

Through Individual Account Dashboard:

1. Accessing Home Screen (Account Dashboard):

Click “Transfer” on the Individual Account Dashboard.

3. Navigating to “Favourites”:

Choose the account, enter the amount, and click Continue.

5. Customising Transfer Details:

Choose “Manage Favourites” from the menu.

3. Exploring Recipient Details: 

Tap on the recipient you wish to know more about.

4. Editing Nickname (Optional): 

For customisation, tap “Edit” if you want to change the recipient's nickname.

5. Saving Changes: 

After editing, tap “Save” to seamlessly return to your “Favourite” recipient list.

6. Deleting Unwanted Favourites: 

Remove a “Favourite” recipient by tapping “Delete” for efficient list management.
