Accessing your account statements is crucial for keeping track of your financial history and transactions. KAF Digital Bank (KAF DB) app provides convenient options to view and download your statements securely.
Here's how to explore your account details and manage your statements.
Individual account Statements
- Initiating the Journey:
Launch the app and securely log in using biometric authentication (fingerprint or face ID).
- Choose Your Account:
On the overall Dashboard, select the account of interest.
- Navigating to Individual Account:
Locate the list of your accounts and tap on the specific account you want to explore. (Note: Currently, one account per user is supported)
- Exploring More Options:
Tap on the three dots symbol (meatball symbol) button to access additional features.
- Statement Selection:
Choose "View Statements" from the More list.
- Selecting Individual Account Statement:
- Tap on the Individual Account Statement option.
- Choose the specific month you wish to review.
- Option to Download:
You have the ability to download the statement and even share it across your social media or email accounts.
Notes of Monthly Statements:
- Switch and view other account statements.
- View statements spanning up to 2 years.
- "No Records Available" message for months with no statements.
- Downloadable in PDF format.
- If you get "Backend Service Failure, Please try again after sometime!" message, it means that there is a backend service failure.
With the ability to access, download, and share your account statements, managing your finances becomes more efficient and transparent. Whether you need to review transactions, reconcile accounts, or simply stay organised, KAF Digital Bank ensures that your financial information is readily available whenever you need it.
