With KAF Digital Bank (KAF DB), you can take control of your bill payments, whether it's for utilities, instalments, or more. Making those payments should be a breeze with the help of your KAF Digital Bank mobile banking app and your Debit Card-i.
Making easy bill payments
- Logging In:
Log in to your respective billers website or portal.
- Understanding Your Bill:
Take a moment to review your outstanding bill. Understanding the details ensures you’re paying the correct amount and avoiding any payment hiccups down the line.
- Initiating the Payment:
Click on 'Pay Bill' within your billing account and select your preferred payment method. In this case, select the ‘Credit/Debit Card’ payment method.
- Choosing KAF Digital Bank Debit Card-i:
Select the option to pay using your KAF Digital Bank Debit Card-i. Just follow the prompts. Every billing portal might have their own ways and unique methods as opposed to others.
- Entering Card Details and Confirmation:
Enter your KAF Digital Bank Debit Card-i details including the debit card-i number, CVV and the expiry dates. Double-check for accuracy, and when you're ready, confirm the payment.
- Redirect to Payment Page (3-domains Secure or 3DS Screen):
Tap on "Pay," and voila! You're swiftly taken to the 3DS screen on your web browser. KAF DB introduces SecureKAF for every online transaction, putting the power to authenticate payments right in your hands. You will only need to tap on the “Approve” button when the SecureKAF pops up on your screen.
- SecureKAF Authentication:
On the 3DS screen, you'll receive a message like, 'We've sent you a notification on your selected bank. Please approve the transaction.' Swiftly launch the KAF DB app and head to the SecureKAF line in the three-line Menu icon. Alternatively, tap on the push notification, and voila – the SecureKAF screen pops up!
- Timeout Timer:
We've inputted a timeout timer that gives you room to decide and authenticate the transaction whether to approve the transaction or make a purchase another time.
- Successful Payment:
Decision made! Your payment sails through.It's that easy with KAF Digital Bank – secure, convenient, and paving the way for a new era of online payments.
Stay Informed with Instant Notifications
After completing the payment, you'll receive an instant notification on your device. It'll tell you whether the payment was successful or not, keeping you in the loop at all times.
Merchant Invoices
Some merchants may send invoices directly to your email after you have performed your payments. These invoices serve as an extra confirmation of your payment.
Insufficient Funds Alert
If you attempt a payment with an inadequate account balance, you'll receive a notification right away. Keep your account funded to avoid any payment glitches.
Payment Timing
Keep in mind that not all businesses process payments daily. To ensure your payments are timely, consider making them in advance. Payments initiated after midnight may be credited to the biller/merchant on the following business day.
