Funds Transfer - Bank Transfer to Non-KAF Digital Bank Account
Transfer money out of your KAF Digital Bank (KAF DB) app with ease. Whether you use the dedicated Transfer menu or individual account dashboards to send out funds to loved-ones or other banks, our step by step guide ensures hassle-free transactions.
New Transfer via “Transfer” Menu:
- Launching & Logging In:
Open the app and log in securely.
- Navigating to “Transfer” Menu:
Click on the "Transfer" menu on the Home Screen (Account Dashboard).
- Selecting New “Bank Transfer”:
In the Choose Transfer Method screen, choose the "New" tab and select "Bank Transfers".
- Choosing Account & Amount:
Select the account from the dropdown menu, enter the amount, and click "Continue".
- Specifying “Non-KDB Account” Details:
Choose "Non-KDB Account," select the recipient's bank, enter the account number, recipient name, transfer frequency, transfer date, and reference.
- Optional: Add to Favourites:
Toggle the switch to add the beneficiary to your “Favourites”.
- Reviewing & Confirming:
Recheck all details on the Confirmation Screen before clicking "Transfer Now".
- Acknowledgement:
View the acknowledgment screen for transaction status (Success/Failure). Perform another transfer or share the receipt as needed.
New Transfer via Individual Account Dashboard:
- Launching & Logging In:
Open the app and log in securely.
- Clicking Specific Account:
On the Home Screen (Account Dashboard), click on your specific account number.
- Navigating to “Transfer” Menu:
Click on the "Transfer" option within the Individual Account Dashboard.
- Selecting New “Bank Transfer”:
In the Choose Transfer Method screen, choose the "New" tab and select "Bank Transfers".
- Choosing Account & Amount:
Select the account from the dropdown menu, enter the amount, and click "Continue".
- Specifying “Non-KDB Account” Details:
Choose "Non-KDB Account," select the recipient's bank, enter the account number, recipient name, transfer frequency, transfer date, and reference.
- Optional: Add to Favourites:
Switch the toggle to include the beneficiary in your "Favourites”.
- Reviewing & Confirming:
Recheck all details on the Confirmation Screen before clicking "Transfer Now".
