2. How do I join POD's Loyalty Program?
Membership is free.
Create a Pod account.
Complete the eKYC verification.
You are automatically enrolled in the loyalty program!
3. Do I need a separate app for this programme?
Yes. Since the KAF DB App and the Pod App are separate applications, you will need to download both apps to participate in the full programme and enjoy all available features.
Earning Points
1. How do I earn points?
You can earn points when you make a QR payment using your KAF Digital Bank App at any merchant. Just scan and pay - no special merchant required.
2. What is the minimum transaction amount to earn points?
To be eligible for points, your transaction must be at least RM5 in a single receipt.
3. How many points do I earn per transaction?
You will earn 10 points for every eligible transaction.
4. Is there a limit to how many points can earn in a day?
Yes, there is a daily limit. You can earn up to 80 points per day, regardless of your transaction amount. Each eligible transaction earns 10 points, so the maximum number of rewarded transactions per day is 8.

Once the eligible activities and transactions are completed and confirmed by Pod or KAF DB, points will be reflected on Pod Points in 3 business days.
Viewing and Redeeming Points
1. How can I check my point balance?
Log in to your Pod App account.
Check your Pod Points balance and history in the Pod Points section of your profile.
2. What can I redeem my points for?
You can redeem your points for items listed on the Pod Points market.
Each item or voucher will have a required number of points for redemption.
3. How do I redeem my points?
Go to the Pod Points market in the Pod App.
Select your desired item.
Click "Redeem" and enter your passcode to redeem your Pod Points.
Note:
Redemptions are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Users are subject to the terms and conditions (T&C) of the redeemed vouchers or goods.
4. Do my points expire?
Yes. If your account is inactive (no points earned) for 24 consecutive months, your accumulated Pod Points will be forfeited. Once expired, points cannot be reinstated.
Pod Points transfers from other partner programs to the user's Pod Point account are not considered earned points and, therefore, will not count toward maintaining account activity.

You have up to 6 months from the transaction date to raise any dispute.
