We'll walk you through the simple steps to initiate a payment using QR Pay, ensuring a simple and secure transaction experience.

From your account dashboard: 

1. Launching the Application and Biometric Log In:

• Open the mobile application on your device.
• Upon launching, the application will prompt you to log in. To access your account securely, use the configured biometric authentication method (e.g., fingerprint or facial recognition).

2. Navigating to the “Transfer” Menu:

• Once successfully logged in, you will be directed to the Home Screen or Account Dashboard.
• Locate and click on the "Transfer" menu option, which is typically located within the main navigation of the Home Screen.

3. Entering Your Secure PIN:

• After selecting the "Transfer" menu, the application will require an additional layer of security verification.
• Enter your designated Secure PIN when prompted.

4. Choosing “DuitNow QR”:

• You will be presented with various transfer options on the "Choose Transfer Method" screen.
• Select "DuitNow QR" from the available choices.

5. Entering Amount: 

• Input the amount and click "Continue". Kindly wait for the page to load for QR scanner.

6. QR Scan: 

Scan the QR code

7. Approval & Acknowledgement & Options:

Approve your transaction. The acknowledgement screen will indicate whether your transaction was successful or unsuccessful. Choose to “Make Another Transfer” or “Share the Receipt” as needed.
