- Language Switch:
Choose your preferred language for a personalised experience.
- Login:
A field in which you can input your ID (in this case, your NRIC) to access your account securely after the onboarding process is finished.
- Activate Account:
Activate your account to enjoy the full suite of digital banking services.
- Help Centre:
A room where you can find our FAQ articles and related legal documents.
- Open New Account / Sign Up:
Start your digital banking journey by creating a new account.
- QR Pay:
You can scan QR codes from merchants to pay your bill. Currently, this feature is only available for registered and activated accounts.
- SecureKAF:
Additional security features for your every transaction. You can use this secured authentication feature to “Approve” or “Reject” online transactions, card transactions, or even fund transfers.
If you tap on “Activate Account”:
- Immediate Account Activation:
You can immediately activate your account by entering the Username and Activation Code we sent you through your registered email.
- Get Your Account Secured:
You must set up the biometric access and your secured 6-digit PIN.
- See Your New Home Screen (Account Dashboard):
Afterwards, you can access your Home Screen (Account Dashboard).

When conducting your initial bank transfer to activate your account, there are a few pre-requisites to follow for successful account activation and proceed to have your full banking access:
- Ensure that the Bank that you are transferring from is conventional or Islamic, and not from digital banks or e-wallet service providers.
- Ensure that the sender's name is the same as your KAF account.
- Ensure that the amount that you transfer is no less than RM 10.
