Raise issue through New Message after Logout
- Feedback Invitation:
After logging out, the system will prompt you to share your thoughts through a survey about your application experience.
- Navigating ‘Here’:
Find the ‘Here’ button at the bottom of the screen.
- Selecting Category:
On the Message Category Selection screen, choose which suit with the issue you intend to raise.
- Subject of Message and the Contents:
Define the Subject of Message and offer valuable insights through the Message section.
- Attachment as Proof:
Provide attachments (if any) related to the issue raised for our better understanding.
- Submitting Your Input:
Click the "Send" button to convey your feedback effectively.
- Complete the Process:
Tap "Done" to finalise the feedback process, shaping the future improvements of KAF DB.
Raise Issue through New Message In-App(Logged In)
- Login and Access:
Launch the app, log in using fingerprint/face recognition, and access the Dashboard.
- Navigating to Feedback:
Tap the three-line Menu icon at the bottom right, and select "Feedback".
- Navigating ‘Here’:
Find the ‘Here’ button at the bottom of the screen.
- Selecting Category:
On the Message Category Selection screen, choose which suit with the issue you intend to raise.
- Subject of Message and the Contents:
Define the Subject of Message and offer valuable insights through the Message section.
- Attachment as Proof:
Provide attachments (if any) related to the issue raised for our better understanding.
- Submitting Your Input:
Click the "Send" button to convey your feedback effectively.
- Acknowledgment Screen:
A "Thank You!" screen will appear, confirming the successful submission of your feedback.
- Returning to Dashboard:
Tap "Done" to seamlessly return to the Dashboard.
By utilising the New Message feature, you can provide valuable feedback and contribute to the ongoing improvement of KAF Digital Bank. Your input is invaluable in shaping the future of our services, ensuring a seamless and satisfying banking experience for all our users.
