Whether you've just logged out or are actively using our app, here's how you can drop us feedback with ease.
Feedback after Logout
- Feedback Invitation:
After logging out, the system will prompt you to share your thoughts through a survey about your application experience.
- Rating the App:
Express your satisfaction by giving a star rating (out of 5 stars).
- Providing Feedback:
Offer valuable insights by providing specific feedback on areas where KAF DB can enhance its services.
- Submitting Your Input:
Click the "Submit" button to convey your feedback effectively.
- Completing the Process:
Tap "Done" to finalise the feedback process, shaping the future improvements of KAF DB.
In-App Feedback (Logged In)
- Login and Access:
Launch the app, log in using fingerprint/face recognition, and access the Dashboard.
- Navigating to Feedback:
Tap the three-line Menu icon at the bottom right, and select "Feedback".
- Star Rating:
Choose the number of stars to reflect your rating.
- Area for Improvement:
Select specific areas for improvement based on your experience.
- Submitting Your Feedback:
Tap "Submit" to share your feedback with the KAF DB team.
- Acknowledgment Screen:
A "Thank You!" screen will appear, confirming the successful submission of your feedback.
- Returning to Dashboard:
Tap "Done" to return to the Dashboard.

If you want to report any issue, you can click on the “Here” button at the bottom of the screen.You will be navigated to the messages category selection and to compose a new message screen.
