1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the KAF Digital Bank “Register and Win” Campaign (the "Campaign"). By participating, you agree to follow these Terms. If you disagree, please do not participate.

2. Organiser

The Campaign is organised by KAF Digital Bank Berhad ("KAF Digital Bank").

3. Campaign Period

The Campaign runs until 16th September 2025 (6AM). KAF Digital Bank reserves the right to revise the Campaign period and participation requirements with prior notice. Entries that do not meet the eligibility criteria within the stipulated timelines will be disqualified.

You must register your account with and activate by performing an initial deposit at the KAF Digital Bank mobile app. All steps must be completed before the Campaign closes.

4. Eligibility

The Campaign is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above who meet the eligibility requirements to open a Savings Account with KAF Digital Bank in accordance with applicable laws and the Bank’s prevailing account opening policies.

KAF Group employees are not eligible to participate.

We reserve the right to disqualify you from the Campaign if you provide false information, attempt to manipulate it (e.g., via fraudulent accounts), violate our terms, or engage in any suspicious activity.

5. How to Enter and Win a Prize

To be eligible for the campaign participation and prize, you must register your account with us and activate by performing an initial deposit at the KAF Digital Bank mobile app. Make sure that you are qualified to open a KAF Digital Bank savings account. Complete the following steps:

• Register: Download the KAF Digital Bank app and successfully complete the digital onboarding process to finalise your participation.
• Transact: To activate your new KAF Digital Bank account, you must make an initial deposit. This deposit must be a initial deposit from an external bank account in your name.

6. Prizes

All prizes are awarded on an “as-is” basis and may differ in appearance or description from any promotional materials.

Each participant can win only one prize.

KAF Digital Bank reserves the right to change the prize structure or distribution mechanics prior to selecting winners. Any material changes will be communicated via official channels.

All decisions made by KAF Digital Bank regarding the Campaign, including the selection of winners and interpretation of these Terms, are final and binding. No appeals, correspondence, or disputes will be entertained.

7. Entry and Odds

Multiple registrations or entries by the same individual using different accounts, email addresses, or identities are strictly prohibited. KAF Digital Bank reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of engaging in such conduct.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the Campaign closing date.

8. Selection of Winners

Winners will be selected by a random draw conducted by KAF Digital Bank following the Campaign's closure.

The Organiser's decision on all Campaign matters, including winner selection, and interpretation of these Terms shall be final and binding.

9. Notification of Winners

Winners will be notified via an in-app notification in the KAF Digital Bank app and an email to their registered address.

You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are correct and notifications are enabled. The Organisers shall not be liable for any delay or failure in notification due to incorrect or outdated contact information, user-side settings, or other circumstances beyond their control.

10. Claiming Prizes

Winners must claim prizes within 14 days of the date KAF Digital Bank sends the first notification via in-app message and/or email.

Winners may need to provide verification (e.g., proof of identity) to claim prizes. Failure to provide such verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

If a winner fails to claim the prize within the 14 days period, or fails the verification process, the prize will be deemed forfeited. KAF Digital Bank reserves the right to deal with any unclaimed or forfeited prize at its sole discretion. No compensation will be provided for forfeited prizes.

11. General Terms

Participation is free; no purchase is required.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

KAF Digital Bank may substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value if needed. Substitutions will be made at the sole discretion of KAF Digital Bank and shall not entitle participants to any claim or compensation.

Participants must follow all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by the law, the Organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury related to participation or prizes.

12. Confidentiality and Privacy

By participating in the Campaign, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data (including but not limited to your name, email address, and other relevant contact or identification information) may be collected, used, processed, and disclosed by the Organisers solely for the purposes related to the administration, execution, and promotion of this Campaign, including but not limited to verifying eligibility, contacting winners, prize fulfillment, and related communications.

The Organisers shall process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and their respective privacy policies, which are available at their official websites. You are encouraged to read these privacy policies to understand how your data is handled.

Your personal data may be disclosed to third-party service providers engaged by the Organisers (e.g., marketing agencies, courier service providers, IT vendors) strictly for the purposes stated above, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection safeguards.

You have the right to request access to, and correction of, your personal data held by the Organisers, and to withdraw your consent at any time. However, withdrawal of consent may disqualify you from continued participation in the Campaign.

If you wish to access, update, correct, or withdraw consent to the use of your personal data, you may do so by contacting support (see Section 15).

Except as required or permitted by law, your personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

13. Organiser's Rights

KAF Digital Bank may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on the Campaign page or announced via official channels.

KAF Digital Bank may cancel, terminate, or modify the Campaign or disqualify participants at its reasonable discretion, including in response to fraud, technical issues, regulatory restrictions, or other events beyond its control that may impact the Campaign's fairness or security.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Campaign shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
