1. Launching App and Login: 

Open the application and log in using biometric authentication (fingerprint or face ID).

2. Navigating to My Tier: 

Go to the three-line Menu icon at the bottom of the App Dashboard.

3. Selecting My Tier: 

Choose the "My Tier" option from the menu.

4. Checking Current Tier:

Currently, your account is Savings Account-i. 

5. Initiating Upgrade: 

Find the “Premium” tab and observe the features and benefits, along with the steps on "How To Upgrade." Tap on the "Upgrade Now" button at the bottom of the screen.

6. Uploading Documents: 

Upload documents that prove your occupation, nature of occupation, occupation industry, name of your current employer, purpose of opening account and the source of the funds.

7. Submit: 

Tap "Done"

8. Acknowledgement Page: 

A page will appear stating "Success!" with a tick symbol.

9. Returning to My Tier Interface: 

Tap "Done" to return to the My Tier interface.

10. Verification Process: 

Relax while we verify your uploaded documents. The status (Approved or Rejected) will be communicated through an email notification.
