I'm experiencing login issues. What should I do?
First, try uninstalling and reinstalling the KAF Digital Bank app. This often resolves temporary glitches. After reinstalling, attempt to log in again. However, do bear in mind that we have a cooling-off period of 12 hours during which the customer will not be able to make transactions.
I've reinstalled the app, but I still can't log in. What's the next step?
If reinstalling the app doesn't work, you can try to reset your PIN. On the login screen, select the "Forgot PIN" button and follow the steps for the recovery flow.
I am seeing an error message, and the Account Activation option is not appearing. What does this mean?
This error message, along with the missing activation option, indicates that your app requires a recovery process. To regain access, please follow these steps:
- Uninstall the KAF Digital Bank app from your device.
- Restart your device.
- Reinstall the app from the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).
- Open the app and log in with your registered NRIC.
- When prompted, proceed with Recovery/Activation and complete the eKYC process again.
