When conducting your initial bank transfer to activate your account, there are a few pre-requisites to follow for a successful account activation and proceed to have your full banking access:

  1. Ensure that the Bank that you are transferring from is from a conventional or Islamic and not digital banks or e-Wallet service providers.
  2. Ensure that the name of the sender is the same as your KAF account.
  3. Ensure that the amount that you transfer is no less than RM 10.

After satisfying these requirements, you can proceed to enjoy the full benefits of our app!
