When conducting your initial bank transfer to activate your account, there are a few pre-requisites to follow for a successful account activation and proceed to have your full banking access:
- Ensure that the Bank that you are transferring from is from a conventional or Islamic and not digital banks or e-Wallet service providers.
- Ensure that the name of the sender is the same as your KAF account.
- Ensure that the amount that you transfer is no less than RM 10.
