New Application - Setting the Course for Your Journey
- App Launch:
Open the application on your device.
- Pre-Login Page:
On the Pre-login page with options for “Login”, “Activate Account”, “Sign Up”, and “Help Centre”, choose "Sign Up".
- Application Initiation:
Opt for "New Application" to kickstart your journey as a new user.
- Signup Page:
You will be directed to the Signup page. Begin the process by providing the required details.
- Resume Application:
If you have initiated the application before and wish to continue, tap on "Resume Application".
- Authentication:
Use your temporary username and temporary password received through your email to resume your application.
Resume Application - Continuing the Journey
- Access Pre-Login Page:
Launch the application and navigate to the Pre-login page.
- Sign Up Option:
Choose "Sign Up" on the Pre-login page.
- Resume Application:
Select "Resume Application" to continue your ongoing application.
- Authentication:
Use the temporary username and temporary password received via email for authentication.
Understanding Temporary Credentials (Temporary Login Information)
- Purpose:
Temporary credentials (username and password) serve as a checkpoint for users who paused their application midway. They enable a seamless transition to the next phase.
- Application Continuation:
If you had previously started the signup process but didn't complete it, you can resume directly from Step 2 (Contact Details) after receiving your temporary credentials (temporary login information).
- Completion Reminder:
For users who halted the process at Step 1 (Personal Details), a restart from the beginning is necessary.

When conducting your initial bank transfer to activate your account, there are a few pre-requisites to follow for successful account activation and proceed to have your full banking access:
- Ensure that the Bank you are transferring from is a conventional or Islamic bank, not a digital bank or e-Wallet service provider.
- Ensure that the name of the sender is the same as your KAF account.
- Ensure that the amount that you transfer is no less than RM 10.
